We are proud to say that every step from design to shipping is done by local hands in our community. We have worked extra hard to seek out a means of manufacturing our clothing locally. We love working in our community. We have found an amazing team of talented women who sew from home. Not only are we helping mothers work from home but we love being able to oversee the quality of our product more closely.
We set out with a goal for Culdesac to have free shipping. Taking away the cost of shipping gives everyone the chance to try our clothes out like they were at a store and ship them back if they aren't just quite right. (We doubt that will happen).
International sales shipping will be discounted.
We know how it goes with kids clothes, sometimes things don't work or maybe you ordered 2 sizes to see which fit better. That's why we have tried to make it as easy to shop online with us as possible and included a free return shipping label (excludes international orders).
So if you have a return, see below to find which option fits you best. Then, simply fill out the form.
Returns: The fit just isn't right, the color doesn't match, or you're child refuses to wear anything without Elmo. We understand.
You may return products purchased at Culdesackid.com for any reason for a refund of the purchase price of the product. To receive your full refund the return must be accompanied by a copy of your original order receipt, and the products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and in their original saleable condition and packaging with the tags still attached (as applicable). Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of initial delivery of the product to you by Culdesac's carrier. After the fourteen day window you will receive an in-store credit.
Exchanges: You bought the navy suit, but your child just can't live with out the dinner jacket. Let's exchange it.
You may exchange products purchased at Culdesackid.com for any reason. Defective/Damaged: You received your box in shreds from the post. Or your product arrives with the collar on the elbow. Let us fix the mistake.
If you've received a product that doesn't comply to your standard of quality, or it arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as you discover the issue. We will fix it and replace it. Defective and/or Damaged products are accepted within fourteen (14) days of initial delivery of the product to you by Culdesac's carrier. After the fourteen day window you will receive an in-store credit.

Please know that will will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international Customs issues.
